Marietta Fire Fighters Scholarship Fund Review Board

The Scholarship Review Board shall consist of three members who shall evaluate all applications and approve or deny the Scholarship based on the stated criteria.

Terms: All members of the Review Board shall be elected as hereinafter provided in January and shall begin service on February 1 for a term of two years.

Officers: The Review Board may elect such officers as it deems necessary. The Board shall elect a chairman and a secretary. The chairman shall preside at meetings of the Board, cast a vote on any applicant, call meetings as necessary, and do all of the things necessary to carry on the orderly affairs of the Board. The Secretary shall maintain records of all Review Board proceedings.

Vacancies: In the event of the loss of a Board member the Board shall appoint a member to fill the unexpired term.
