Mission Statement

The object of this ASSOCIATION shall be the fostering and encouragement of a higher degree of skill and efficiency; the cultivation and promotion of friendship and good fellowship; the securing and maintenance of suitable working hours and proper remuneration for duty performed; and elevation and improvement of the intellectual, social moral-, and economic conditions of its members; and approve of seniority at all times where ability and fitness are equal; to develop good citizenship and register and vote.
