The object of this Association shall be the fostering and encouragement
of a higher degree of skill and efficiency; the cultivation and promotion of friendship and good fellowship;
the securing and maintenance of suitable working hours and proper remuneration for duty performed; and
elevation and improvement of the intellectual, social, moral and economic conditions of its members;
and to develop good citizenship and register to vote.

1879 Silsby Steam Fire Pumper
This Steamer was in service from 1879 to 1921. It was refurbished around 1990 by Robert Johnson of Whistlers in The Woods, Rossville, Ga. The restoration took almost three years. The name of the unit is the "AURORA".
